We are pleased to welcome our new Support member
of staff, Patrick Abbott. Patrick joined us from Strident, a Suffolk based
reseller, and is an experienced Pegasus Opera II and XRL support engineer.
At the time of Patrick's arrival we also acquired the Strident's Opera II client
base, and we would like to extend a warm welcome to them all, and hope that we
have a long and successful association.
These acquisitions by Computerwise Limited further enhance our position of being
one of the principal resellers in the country. It not only increases our
authority and influence with Pegasus Software, but strengthens our Support
Department and experience.
A well deserved promotion has been given to Tim Tarleton; Tim has taken over as
System Support Manager which means that our engineers will report directly to
him, and he will be responsible for all scheduling of work and new installations
within this department. This will then allow Steve Barningham to concentrate on
investigating and testing new products along with laying down procedures on how
new and existing products should be implemented.
And finally, it is nice to report that Will Chaytor, a systems engineer with a
number of years experience, has joined Tim's team. This addition will further
augment our existing Engineering and Network Management Team.
