Computerwise holds free Seminars on ProspectSoft
- software to help companies win more business and make
more money
ProspectSoft deals with Customer Relationship Management, known in
IT-speak as CRM. It allows staff from all parts of a company to record and
access all the company's own customers and suppliers non-financial and
financial records. This allows the company to respond more quickly and
efficiently with all pre-sales and post-sales matters, resulting in better
service levels, more business, better cashflow and higher profit levels.
ProspectSoft works by managing all of a company's correspondence,
spreadsheets, notes of telephone discussions, drawings, and so on. Whether
staff are in marketing, sales, service, stores, manufacturing or
distribution, no longer do they have to depend upon all the information
carried around in other people's heads. Unlike other CRM software
ProspectSoft gives salespeople and other staff on the road the ability to
enquire and update their system via the internet on their PDA or notebook
computer whilst in front of their own customer.
ProspectSoft is specifically designed to integrate to major accounting
software packages such as Pegasus, Exchequer and Sage, and to Microsoft
Outlook for e-mail and Office for Word word processing, Excel spreadsheets
etc. This enables customers and suppliers to send and receive e-mailed and
faxed enquiries, quotes, orders, invoices, statements, jobsheets, etc,
etc. The possibilities are endless.
Dates of forthcoming Seminars: Thursday 17th
March and Thursday 14th April 2005.

Pegasus Opera II – New
Nominal Ledger
- at a free Workshop in your
area soon
As Oscar Wilde said "Work is more fun than fun".
That may have been true in 1895, but in today's competitive business
environment not everybody would agree.
If you're using Pegasus Opera software, the latest
version of Opera II is a lot more fun to use than the previous Opera 16. It's
more powerful, easier to use, and can save you lots of time.
Take the new Nominal Ledger for example. The number of
periods can now be expanded to 24, and you can now have 7 dimensions of coding
(formerly 5) for budgeting and reporting purposes. You can even go further and
drilldown to period values, and retrieve the original transactions and source
documents. This means that you can analyse costs much more precisely than ever
before.
Other important new facilities recently introduced into
Opera II include
- New Vision XRL software to open your Opera data
directly into Excel spreadsheets. And you can manipulate the data in Excel
then rewrite it back to Opera.
- Payroll in Opera II now includes SSP & SMP Diary
& Calculation features
- Personnel module is now FREE OF CHARGE to all companies
buying Opera II Payroll.
Dates of forthcoming Seminars: Thursday 3rd
March and Thursday 7th April 2005.
